Lawsuit to be filed against Florida hopes to restore Florida Pandemic Unemployment Compensation for unemployed

A lawsuit is planning to be filed against Florida weeks after the state removed Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation payments. Unemployed Floridians are now short an extra $300 that was approved by the President at the federal level earlier this year.
